- The aim of this study is to explore from the practitioners’ point of view the existing intersection between library ́s development plan and information policies. Turner and Rowlands have considered that stage process model can be successfully applied to the library environment.In a metaphorical sense, plans could have a proper anatomy, also a hierarchically structure that goes from the established mission to a financial program.Finally a methodology is proposed to integrate a development plan.
