- The document is divided into four chapters, the first one will appreciate the theoretical background, which is the university library, features, functions, personnel, among others, and that is the evaluation of the services within the university library, provides an overview of the importance of evaluation of services contains a library or information center. In the second chapter covers the history and description of the Escuela Nacional de Biblioteconomía y Archivonomía, as well as the current library situation Francisco Orozco Muñoz (FOM). The third chapter focuses on the evaluation planning, defining the method to follow (LibQual), the instrument used (questionnaire), the determination of the sample and formula to be used, the application period, identifying himself the services the library offers and finally FOM contrasting the library Standards for Higher Education Institutions and Research developed by the National library Affairs Council of Higher Education Institutions on facilities and equipment. Finally, in the fourth chapter presents the results together with the analysis of each of the graphs, with the following order, students, faculty and staff.
