- It is assumed that the achievement of citizenship is enhanced by critical capability that enables the citizen for their reading competence , whose improvement can be achieved through the exercise of reading. The objective is to rescue the practice of collective reading in domes , the similarity of literary soirees , in order to develop reading skills , encourage critical thinking in everyday actions involving environmental issues . The development will be give by employing methodologies that will operationalize the evenings by reading fictional works that address issues of the environment . Hopefully , at the end of the activity have succeeded for the collective reading , sensitize the community about the importance of environmental issues and changing habits that impact different aspects of everyday life of the human being , citizen and professional . It is also expected to stimulate exchanges between scientific knowledge and those accumulated by communities and the possible emergence of indicators that could support public policies reading.
