- This paper presents a system for the analysis and evaluation of digital press archives. It shows first a extensive literature review of works on evaluating web resources and web databases, and analysis and evaluation of digital press archives. Next, the article discusses the use of the system to analyze digital press archives. It is a kind of heuristic evaluation procedure based on 27 indicators articulated in four main sections: general features, contents, the query system, and presentation of results. For each indicator is explained: definition, explanation and use of punctuation.
