- The visibility of the production of scientific knowledge has been biased in the geopolitics of countries called central or North, which has resulted in the conversion of this into a commercial product. The central objective of this paper is to encourage discussion of the commodification of the commons, specifically knowledge and its impact on the system of scientific communication. As well as, on new roads inclusive of access to knowledge repositories and electronic publications, which must be created through info structures to be in line with the interests and perspectives of development of countries, bad referrals peripheral or sur.
