- Introducing the Web Server of the Andalusian Historical Heritage Institute (Instituto Andaluz del Patrimonio Histórico, IAPH), it is necessary to make some preliminary considerations on the scope and importance of the Internet Network information flows within an institution. Because we view the Internet not as a mere technology, but as a informative tool capable of transmitting information quickly and accurately, as a bridge for the collection and transmission of information resources, as most strategic weapon connection information to all levels. This is a renewal in methods development and dissemination of information, and also a change in the organization of labor, technological innovation and a new method of providing a public service and social.
