- This article summarizes a master thesis, which explored from the perspective of public libraries and potential users, if and in what form mobile services in Germany could be relevant and feasible. We present the key findings of an online Survey and of a workshop. The workshops methodology as a tool to collect user opinions is particularly highlighted.
