  • Data on usage trends and mobile Internet consumption, backed up by institutions such as Telefónica Company, presents smartphones' and tablets' applications as the real generators of the coming years expansion of the ubiquitous access to the contents and services. Hence the libraries must launch to this world of opportunities and interaction between products and users. Since the mobile application that we have developed will enable us to communicate, influence (impact), exchange and ensure user loyalty though use, since the app will be able to respond immediately and customized to the needs of them. The aim is to open new communication channels with the user, which complement the older ones, but which progress at the same time as the technologies of information and communication like the other telematic services which are offered by the public administrations. In short, mobility, Internet, information and communication are important terms in the development and the adaptation of the libraries' services to the reality and the context in which the real or the potential users of those services are moving.
