- Knowledge management represents a new trend in the way that organisations operate or are managed. Implementing KM involves human and organisational factors, both favourable (pros)and unfavourable (cons). This article analyses the pros and cons in order resolve the problems and to facilitate a practical and efficient application of KM in day-to-day organisational activities.
