- In order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in the deployment of automated library systems in process, the aim of this work is to provide a contribution to the operationalization of its management to the unit managers. Through literature survey are presented and discussed various concepts and procedures required to manage the implementation process. The result is the visualization of the process as a whole and its implications for the unit of information. We concluded that it is essential to plan your deployment manager process automation information system and sensitize those involved with change. This will ensure the quality of products and services offered by the information unit and full compliance with the demands of its users.
