- The study uses bibliometric method includes quantitative analysis of the publications of authors Argentine institutions located in web search engines as Google and Google Scholar, specialized digital repositories as E-LIS (E-Prints in Library and Information Science), digital libraries as SciELO and RedALyC and SCOPUS database, Elsevier, being the data source most comprehensive multidisciplinary and international in the world. The terms used for searches on these sources have been "bibliometrics", "bibliometric analysis" and equivalent terms in English "Bibliometric" and "scientometric", to which he added the name of Argentina to identify and work together on the that at least one of the authors included the mention of an institution in Argentina institutional affiliation data.
