- Institutional repositories are a new and emerging class of services and software that enable the preservation and sharing of information on the Internet. They are an alternative for the management of academic information generated by universities and research centers, offer several advantages for the development of teaching and research activities of higher education institutions and have mechanisms of deposit, search and retrieval the information they contain. The objective of this thesis is to present the creation of a Digital Repository through which they can access jobs Recepcionales of Bachelor in Library and Archives in the period 2005-2012 from the National School of Library and Archive, and increase the visibility Jobs Recepcionales of their students, allowing the recognition of the author through elements to be quoted by using free software. The Digital Repository ENBA proposed, allow access to the document, and allow the use of such academic work Recepcionales, which are seen as a prerequisite for obtaining a degree, finishing due to poor visibility, as isolated objects.
