- In an uncertain era –“liquid” modernity- as we live in, organisations must be flexible, have to be adapted to the changes and take advantage to the maximum of the individuals’ potentialities working there. The management of the individuals’ talent and knowledge become more and more necessary. In this paper, a summary of the main transversal mechanism for the knowledge management of the National Library of Spain is featured below: their intranet. We also draw a path for the future to achive this goal.
