- This work is justified against the need to model the conceptual relationships from the nuclear area. This area, despite all its tradition in processing and dissemination of information, has remained static in recent decades with regard to developing of standardization terminology tools and, therefore, has not evolved in relation to the expansion of theoretical and methodological foundations for conceptual modeling. Because of this, the paper presents, from a theoretical approach of the Information Science, a new way for modeling, based on the systematization of conceptual relationships that exist in a given domain. The relational-category method aims to combine relationships categories and formal relationships to coming toward to the model of triadic relations.
