- Within the framework of the international programme “Networked European Deposit Library”, a model for the Deposit System for Electronic Publications has been prepared. The article analyzes possibilities for application of such a model in Lithuania and perspectives for long-term preservation of electronic resources. A project for a LIBIS subsystem of electronic resources has been prepared, presenting the vision of an archive of Lithuanian electronic resources and material and financial underpinning for its creation. Bibliographic control of electronic resources will be performed using the LIBIS module of the National Bibliographic Data Bank.
