- The paper seeks the cultural policy and initiatives of the Municipality of Mellissia (Attica, Greece) and it's impact to the development objectives. The theoretical framework is first described and secondly the special conditions of the Greek context. Finally it concludes to the procedures and practices that potentially result to the combination of culture and socioeconomic development.
