- The objective of this article is to present a methodological approach to the study of use of journals by researchers. In addition to the technique of Analysis of Citation and Analysis of Social Nets, bibliometrical maps are elaborated which proportionate capacity of synthesis of complex information. Their utilization in evaluating collections would bring in valuable information for the equitatifve distribution of the economic resources alloted to the purchase of tittles and optimization of their availability and access.
