- The Local Digital Content of "Plan Alba" is a new initiative of the Service Book, Libraries and Documentation Centres of the Local Government of Junta of Andalusia (Spain), which aims to create local digital content as a record of local memory, by Andalusian community, through training, coordination and guidance of the librarians of the public library network of Andalusia and its access and retrieval through a web of local digital content.
