- In recent years, the term “grey literature” has often appeared in the process of searching for information resources. On the basis of the definition of the term “grey literature” and its application, the article indicates the issues associated with the publication of “grey literature”, especially dissertations under the Higher Education Act and the Copyright Act. Further, the article outlines the issues of dissertation plagiarism in relation to the publication of full texts of dissertations.
