- Knowledge management involves the development of initiatives to capture the explicit and tacit knowledge within the organization. Hospital library has traditionally focused on healthcare personnel but it should participate, and even lead this process, by providing the necessary tools and advice to manager and administrative staff, in order to be effective in this management way. The Hospital Universitario de Fuenlabrada Library pays attention to this group of users offering them as same services as healthcare users, and others especially aimed at them (collections, user training, etc.).
