- It describes the process of evolution of the service user training and highlights the teaching-learning methodologies used since its beginning to date. It describes the last experience conducted during 2011-2012 with the implementation of workshops framed in the Information Literacy Program, which applies the methodology blended learning using teaching resources mediated ICT (Information and Communication Technologies Skills). It is concluded that such activities are in a permanent transformation and adaptation, in line with changes that are taking place socially in the use and management of information.
