- This report presents the "Plan Alba", an initiative of the Book Service, Libraries and Documentation Centres of the Junta de Andalucía (Spain) This service, responsive to new realities and opportunities presented by NT-skills training, is working on this ambitious project aimed at training in digital skills (both information management, information skills, such as tools of the social web), of Andalusia, users and non users of the library network. This project consists in the creation of a range of training, workshops and other initiatives launched by both librarians at the public library network in Andalusia, in collaboration with agents, groups or entities involved, and from the Book Service itself.
