- The new context imposes to the organizations the vital necessity to have appropriate communication infrastructures, that allow them to achieve a real and enough knowledge of the environment. The present article seeks to show the organizational structure of the Integral Management System for Archive Documents (SiGeID 1.0), as a computer tool that helps the enterprises to improve the document management. Divided in three modules, Management and Documental Security, Archive Management, and Management and Configuration, the functional and not functional requirements are also kept in mind
