- The user training in information skills (information literacy or information literacy) is one of the current challenges of university libraries. In Latin America they have been offering courses and programs as a direct offer to users and worked collaboratively with teachers to incorporate the development of information literacy in the curriculum of some career. In this article, with the analysis web content methodology, review the information presented on IL Chilean university libraries, to view the levels of incorporation that would be presented on training from their websites.
