- User studies has been developed on the evaluation of digital libraries, assessing different aspects of the product, especially the usability of the user interface. This work extents the field of evaluation processes on the creation and development of the digital collection, using a model based on user-centered techniques. The proposed model is tested on the digital library software tool Greenstone.
