Title: The aim of this paper is to analyze the methodology employed in studies related to the phenomenology of the information in the factories. Method: a descriptive study which procedure was the search of bibliographic information in specialized databases in information science (LISA, LISTA), and subsequent analysis and presentation of the results and conclusions. Some results consisted in the retrieval and analysis of seven articles in which the main methodology was qualitative. The main conclusion that emerged was the employment of the qualitative methodology without homogenization criteria in the selection of study subjects.
