- Since the establishment of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945 Repulik has many legal products issued in order to guarantee the life of the nation, its need to circulate the legal one is with network system Documentation and information law (SJDIH), but the SJDIH felt less so effective because the network did not yet have strong coordinator. Act No. 4 of 1990 about the transfers – save paper print and paper record is reasonably sufficient to render the National Library of INDONESIA as coordinator of Data Center national laws making it easier for disseminating legal products which he had made. Data Center national law would be designed susuai the development of information and communication technology, the use of object-oriented data structures and data formats that are standard as well as the use of a Database management system that is either going to make Data Center national law as pioneers to realize national library of INDONESIA became one of the leading national library and taken into account in the area of regional and international.
