- As in most industrialized countries, in Spain there is an agency whose main objective is to evaluate and provide incentives for scientific research: the National Commission for Evaluation of Research Activity (CNEAI). In this paper we compare the output indicators ISI of Spanish universities, with the number of sections of research that has given CNEAI teachers.
