- In the first part of the study, chapters I to VI, the context in which GuíaSalud website starts is discussed -Information Society, Electronic Health Administration, the Quality Plan for the Spanish NHS and GuíaSalud- and describes the activities carried out in GuíaSalud website, from its creation to the officially launch of the new website in 27th September 2010. In the second part of the study, Chapter VII, the concepts of quality, quality management, and the activities undertaken so far in the Aragon Institute of Health Sciences in this area, are analyzed, besides the details of the two procedures (updating and evaluation) that will achieve the quality and continuous improvement in the management of GuíaSalud website.
