- Cultural relations between Spain and France have long existed and it would be very difficult to summarize in a few lines. From the early twentieth century, the Spanish language and culture are present in most French universities, supported by the work of many French Hispanists recognized nationally and internationally. On the Spanish side, the promotion of our language in France was carried out largely by the Ministries of Labour, Foreign Affairs and Culture, especially after World War II. This cultural diffusion was the French side, supported from the beginning by a policy of quality library.
