- We present a study project to address the information needs of users who attend the Service Newspaper and Library Reference "Prof. Dr. Jose Arce ", Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Buenos Aires. We describe a history of studies on the subject, characteristics of the observed population and set the instrument for addressing the research. We conclude with insights collected in preparation.
