- Perdido en La Mancha (Lost in La Mancha) consists on the creation of an immersive online educational game (serious game) focused on learning of Spanish aimed at English speakers. In the immersive environment, the player, named “Collin”, must acquire the necessary knowledge of Spanish to survive in a remote village in La Mancha, hence this name: “Lost in La Mancha”. The project baseline is an online Spanish course based on a 3D immersive game, accessible via Web and mobile devices like Smartphones, PDA, iPods, Tablet Pc, etc. The content of the course is based on the Instituto Cervantes curriculum plan for the A1 Level (equivalent to the international certification E/LE).
