- Introduction: There have been many Web 2.0 tools designed in recent years, responding to the need to develop a collaborative environment accomodating both librarians and users, as well as providing professional service based on information needs met in real time. In a hospital setting, time is a factor in making clinical decisions; therefore, the librarian and medical librarian should not only use their skills as information managers in designing the search strategy, but also need to face the challenge of reducing multiple efforts and tasks through the aid of the technologies that the information society provides. For this reason, we need to consider existing 2.0 tools as yet unexploited opportunities, inasmuch as their diverse use has the potential to provide an integrated service. Materials and methods. This poster shows how in the flow of responses to clinical questions for specific scenarios, Web 2.0 allows you to distribute through various channels filtered and contrasted information as defined by the clinic in its decision making, facilitating that the work of the librarian should be visible to all, and creating quick access by everyone to the relevant information. Free Web 2.0 applications, templates developed by the Hospital Donostia and other learning tools and materials will work as a product to provide a point of reference for those who need filtered information in daily clinical practice. Results. Measure the value of the published content in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. Assess the knowledge generated since the use of 2.0 applications Conclusions.
