- The digital language that involves moving into a knowledge society, the abstraction of their roles and relationships with virtual objects leads to various codes and logic. These are somewhat unknown to the people who have not been trained in this paradigm and who lack a solid education. This paper as approached of anthropological ethnographic study, was focused on synthesizing the results of two projects aimed at training workers for specific sectors of the community. The methodology was based on collecting and analyzing data. The literature review allowed linking Hallpike and Viygotksy considerations with ICT literacy concreted/specified. The preliminary results obtained are presented. These allow to future lines of work anthropological approaches in using ICTs to strengthen the labor management emphasis on reducing the digital divide Future reports/surveys and studies would begin a new era of knowledge and research to determine the requirements of age groups with greatest digital exclusion.
