- The management of Internal Communication is occupying, more and more, a preferable place in the organizations, in spite of the great contradiction that supposes to accept it and to recognize it and at the same time the lack of material and human petitions that is assigned in most of organizations. Spanish Universities have successful experiences in this field, forced by the necessity of assisting the constants lawsuits of a more and more diverse and demanding students, and some professional communities with expectations of participating in the future of the organization. Even this way, the contradictions are notorious in the University, where the Managment and the internal publics have clearly different levels of information and a lack of will so that this reality changes. The different channels and formats of Internal Communication are not being enough to balance the necessary two-way communication, outlined as central axis of the investigation.
