- This study is oriented to appreciate the internal communication process –formal and informal- of two newspapers in Venezuela, with the objective of analyze about how are the journalist’s perception from Diario Los Andes in its versions for Mérida, Táchira, and Trujillo; and Diario El Tiempo about the use of the internal channels which transport informative messages about the matters of the company (problems, objectives, plans, activities), and the use they make of this channels.
