- The present work intends to internalise to the colleagues on the practices of management and development of collection of the Library Adrián Guissarri of the University of the CEMA. Our model of development of collection is the one of a hybrid library, which is the resultant of the constant surveys of satisfaction of the user, in who these comments their needs and preferences to us of formats. We have a monographic collection updated and printed and a digital periodic publication collection. We contemplate in its conformation, besides the information needs, the idiomatic necessity of access since our academic community is conformed by different cultural minorities. We have adapted our development of collection to the implementation of norm ISO 9001:2008, that has to us allowed to obtain the certification of quality of services. In order to maintain this standard we worked to manage to be recognized in the university scope like a Library that characterizes by the excellence of its collections and the effectiveness and innovation of its services. For this reason we considered that our users: they are our center and reason for daily work. we fidelizamos and we oriented we dealt, them with respect and we commit a to satisfy its needs through our products and services. For us, the user and his confidence are first.
