- Objectives. It describes the context of formulating and implementing PEGSI reviews and analyzes the determinants of public policies to address a proposal for comprehensive assessment, forecasting and confirmer, aimed at both the result and the process to develop and implement an ad hoc evaluation. Method. Interviewed identified potential implementers and assessors and control mechanisms, monitoring and evaluation and PEGSI primary information sources to ascertain to what extent the assumptions could be met and if the Plano Estratéxico Galicia Sociedade da Información can be seen as progress towards achieving the set objectives. Finally, we propose a pluralistic evaluation combined with results-oriented use of quantitative and qualitative methods and to complement the assessment process if the objective evaluation of the action was to modify aspects of Estratexia order achieve the desired goals. Discussion. Although the evaluation was apparently used as a provider of information that made it not as tool for future planning, we can conclude that a results-oriented evaluation would facilitate the use of information PEGSI specific strategy towards the outcome,resulting trend information in other contexts and creating a recursive system that allows us to find and assess the assumptions of the main objectives.
