  • This article aims at to show some theories in form of brief bibliographical revision on the rendering of services in Libraries of Institutions of Superior Education. Characterized as a communication channel and half more efficient of agreement and satisfaction of the user. The quality of the attendance is presented as basic part in the management of services. To analyze the rendering of services in library, the direction to observe the work process that permeate attendant and user, with focus in the quality, using the qualification, planning and efficiency in the attendance.
