- One of the problems within the library literature in Argentina, is the lack of research in higher educational institutions, not universities. In this contribution, descriptive, is also proposed a practical solution and try to reverse this situation within the IFTS No. 13, establishing library research tools in order to point to change. In this way is to set a contribution to improve the quality of education that these institutions offer and provide a new scenario for library research in Argentina.
