- The poster session we present in this conference consists of the service charter of the Xarxa de Biblioteques Judicials de Catalunya (Network of Court Libraries of Catalonia), as a result of the work group developed within the framework of “Compartim” (“Share”), the Generalitat of Catalonia Justice Department knowledge management program. In this paper we explain what is the Justice Department “Share” program and which methodology the working group used to define the service charter, taking advantage of the 2.0 tools the e-Catalunya platform offered. We finish with a mention to the task the working group is developing at this moment within the framework of the same knowledge management program and which represents a logical continuity of the charter service: the definition of indicators to establish criteria for assessing achievement of the goals defined in the charter service.
