  • Context: It is becoming increasingly widespread recognition of the importance of information literacy, such as generic skills in all health professions: - As a necessary component for self-standing - For decision-making - In professional advancement Objective: * Adequacy of training to jurisdiction under the principles of information literacy. * Apply the most appropriate methodology to an occupational training * Use of technology as an essential component Methodology: Development of a training scheme according to the methodology Literacy (see image of poster). Lesson plans are designed to develop the various information literacy. Results: Have been developed and taught courses on the various information literacy as can be seen in the poster: 20/30 Hour Courses in the training program of the Ministerio para las Administraciones Públicas (MAP), and also what I call "Formation à la carte: Those interested can choose from a program of 25 tracks, and fixing the place and time agreement with the Library. The implementation of this training strategy, over nine years, with extension to all sectors that are integrated in the Servicio Andaluz de Salud, has made progress in setting up programs to work on different skills, adaptation to different groups, design of teaching units, drills and exercises, as well as the use of face or blended learning formats, supported e-learning platforms. Accreditation of courses, search for partners, etc.. Conclusions: 1.Adopting scheme in the design of training, as a framework for all the information literacy, gives coherence to the training programs 2.Ofrecer flexible training options facilitates participation 3.Dirigir training professional groups homogeneous, it is essential to achieve the objectives proposed 4.Training schemes must be designed with different levels of complexity 5. Follow the recommended guidelines for continuing education: Orientation to the practice. Concretion Incorporation of technology: e-learning platforms. Classrooms equipped with computers for students and Internet access. Documentation in electronic formats.
