- One key aspect that requires all professional and research activity is documented, ie to ensure an organized manner the information necessary for the development of our work. This requires establishing what the state of the subject matter, literature review and standard presentation. These actions will undoubtedly help to give credibility to the work, to disclose the sources of information that we used to recognize the contributions that other colleagues have had on the outcome of the investigation. However, this requires a large investment of time and effort that is going to be greatly facilitated with the use of computer applications known as a Reference Manager
