- It suggests that following the functions which are peculiar to a national library, digital resources must be created in conformance to certain rules, because they will ensure a greater retrieval of the information, not only by specialists, but any type of user. Also, a new way of structuring information will emerge from the semantic relationships established between the various component parts and structure of bibliographic information. Finally, we propose the development of new semantic systems for information retrieval.
