- The presentation highlights the criticalities of the Library System of the University of Florence, due mainly to: the weakness of the area in development policy of the University; managemental aspects prevailing on project analysis; the abuse of outsourcing and the prevalence of impermanent work; the crisis of the university system. The solution to these problems is to strengthen the role of Library Systems in the organization of the University, with a sort of inside and outside integration in a system of library systems connected to each other.
