- The Virtual Newspaper Library (EV) provides access to more than five thousand full text academic and scientific journals, for a total of eight million items. Use of Science Server software is outdated, and is causing an excessive increase in response time in search operations of a single article. This pushed the development of a new search engine more in line with the response time expected by the recipients of the service, including the relation to a body of over ten millions searchable items.
