- The aim of the study is to determine the scientific productivity generated by the Universidad Tecnologica Metropolitana in the period 2008-2004 using ISI Web of Knowledge. It is concluded that Chemistry Department contributes with the largest number of indexed articles, and that the Technology and Materials Science is the largest area of development and projection at the Institution.
