- The increase in the use of the mobile web in the last years opens new opportunities for information access. A few Spanish libraries are developing interfaces adapted to mobile devices and providing their patrons new services that exploit the functionalities of handhelds. Aspects of the mobile web that libraries can exploit and the options that mobile devices offer to libraries will be shown in this communication.
