- The Unidad de Tratamiento Archivístico y Documentación (Archives and Documentation Unit - UTAD) is a transversal and multivalent service of the Human and Social Sciences Centre (CCHS). It is in charge of processing, fasilitating access, preserving and dissiminating the data stocks of the CCHS, which superintands and administers taking into consideration the variety of stocks, processes and users. Its aim is to put them at the disposal of the researchers and administrative agencies of the CSIC, in order to facilitate consulting. Strategy lines, core activities available services, challenges and commitments are presented as a present-day creation unit.
