- One of the agreements of the first conference on Library Cooperation. Ministry of Education and Culture and the Autonomous Communities, held in the Castillo de la Mota (Medina del Campo, Valladolid Spain) in October 1997 was to set up a Working Group which, amongst other functions, to produce a document that incorporates the technical aspects librarians to consider in a Legal Deposit Act and defining the concepts and terms therein expressed. This is a proposal for the library sector of some technical aspects which should consider a future legal deposit law and not a preliminary draft law
